					<description>Andi, I agree with your 100% on all levels.  I would venture to say further that children under age 10 all belong in Saran-wrapped environments covered with soft surfaces and shouldn't leave the house unless it's to a playground or Chuck E. Cheese.

I too have noticed mothers breastfeeding their brats in public and it's gross.  Heck, if I'm hot in the Italian sun and decide to go topless to cool off on the beach, that's indecent exposure.  If my male companion forgets to zip his fly after a visit to the WC, it's also indecent exposure.  But a mother thinks she should be allowed to whip out a private area for all to see, all for the sake of child well-being.  That's fine, but do it at home, not a freaking bar.  But mothers already do stuff like change their brats pampers in public, so I guess we shouldn't be surprised.

After watching military families for 5 years, I agree with the &quot;License to Procreate&quot; idea.</description>
